Bring your own Chanukah Menorah on December 12
Wednesday night, December 12th, we light the fifth Chanukah candle.  As a school, BSI will be lighting the menorah as well.  If you would like to bring your own chanukiah to light, please feel free.  Candles will be supplied by the school.

BSI at Barnes & Noble was a success!Thank you to all the students and parents that came out to support our BSI @ B&N day!  Enjoy this clip video of our students singing "Lots of Latkes".

Camp Ramah Darom Scholarships
Scholarship money for new and returning campers at Ramah Darom is available from the B’nai Zion Helen Hanan Memorial Scholarship Fund.  If you are interested, please contact Jason for an application.

Chanukah Family Friday Night Dinner on December 14
Join us as we bring fun to Friday night!  Snacks at 5:30pm, services at 5:45 pm, and a dinner of Chinese cuisine with Mens’ Club made latkes, and sufganiyot to top it all off at 6:30pm. RSVP to Marcia.

BSI Winter Break
Wednesday, December 19 will be our last class of 2012.  We look forward to seeing you in 2013 when school resumes on January 9.

Cough and Cold and Flu, Oh my!
It’s the time of year when many people are facing illness.  Please remember, if your child is sick enough to stay home from their public/private school, they should also stay home from Hebrew school.  If you have any questions, please contact Jason.
